The Authentics

The Authentics appeared in the second half of the XXth century as a science about styles and historically adequate way of performing.

Unfortunately during a long period of time we were practically totally isolated from the process of society’s perceiving of its cultural roots and music past which involves the idea of the succession of traditions, principles, conventions which constitute the ‘good taste’, being the only criterion for way of performing.

Submersion into the world of Renaissance and Baroque gives a person who lives in our excessively dynamic time the opportunity to stop and look around themselves, fell this peculiar mentality which is so much different from ours. We somehow interrupt the flow of time, plunge into other spirituality, more “ecologically frindly’, we hear other music speaking emotionally and vividly.

This helps us to become absorbed with our history and thus to make one more step towards the development of our society and upgrade its stage of civilization.
